This website is run by Aps Tree Removal (“we”, “us”), a Victorian tree, hedge and stump service owned and operated by Api Mariner, qualified arborist. Phone 0422 856 090, email [email protected].
Quotes
Everything you read here about our services is general information. A price is only a price once Api has looked at the job, in person or from photos you send, and given you a written quote. Quotes are free and there is no obligation. The scope, price, timing and any conditions of the work are what the quote says, and they take precedence over anything on this website.
Permits and your property
Some councils need a permit before certain trees are removed or pruned. Our suburb pages summarise what we know about each council’s rules at the time of writing, as a guide only; councils change their local laws, and the property owner is responsible for any permit. Api will tell you what applies when he quotes, and can prepare or lodge what is needed where we say so on the quote. You confirm that you own the property or have the owner’s permission before booking work.
The information on this site
We keep the site accurate, but we do not promise it is complete or current at every moment. Business hours, prices, coverage areas and services can change. If something here matters to your decision, call and check. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information on the site, to the extent the law allows; nothing here removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
